JUST FOR GIRL SCOUTS

As the result of a Girl Scout Gold Award project done a few years ago, Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana offers a “Discover Chicago” award available for Girl Scout Brownies and older to earn during their stay.

If you’re planning time downtown, you can stop by our Downtown Gathering Place for a tour. Our Chicago facility features a shop and historical displays, and Girl Scout themes energize the entire office. It is located at 20 S. Clark St., Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60603. The space is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. We welcome our members at the Downtown Gathering Place, and if you wish to experience a short guided tour, calling ahead will ensure that someone will be able to meet with you. We also offer innovative, interactive programs at our center, Journey World. It is a unique, experiential programming space designed to inspire the next generation of civic and community leaders.
